Data Deletion

You can have any data BizzyCube holds about you deleted at any time. This includes anything we received when you messaged a business through Facebook or Instagram, connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account, or filled in a form on a site we run.

How to ask

Send an email to privacy@bizzycube.net with the subject line Delete my data. Tell us the name, phone number, email address, or Facebook/Instagram username you used, so we can find your records. You can also text or call (833) 725-8858 and ask for your data to be deleted.

What happens next

We confirm receipt within 2 business days, delete your contact record, message history, and any files you sent from our systems within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done. Backups age out within 35 days after that. We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example, a record that you asked us to stop texting you).

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account

Removing the BizzyCube app from your Facebook or Instagram settings stops all access immediately. Meta sends us a deletion request when you do this, and we delete the stored access tokens and account identifiers within 30 days. To have message history deleted as well, email us as described above.
