This SMS Privacy Policy explains how BizzyCube LLC collects, uses, and protects information related to our text messaging program. It supplements our full Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Your mobile phone number.
• The date, time, and method of your opt-in and any opt-out.
• The content of messages you send us, and delivery information for messages we send you.

3. How We Use It

Only to send the customer-care messages you asked for, to respond to you, and to keep required records of your consent.

4. We Do Not Share Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent phone numbers.

The only exception is our messaging provider (Twilio), which receives your number solely to deliver the messages, under a contract that forbids any other use.

5. Consent Is Optional

Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase or service.

6. Your Choices

Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. To ask about or delete your information, email support@bizzycube.com.

7. Security and Retention

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards and keep consent records only as long as needed to meet legal requirements.
